David was introduced in chapter three of Jacob Finding His Way. After Jacob moved from the central side of town, David disappeared. He reappeared in Jacob’s second semester of his junior year.
He is little different from the rest of Jacob’s friends. Simply put he has a different belief than your normal Joe. He worships the devil, which Jacob doesn’t care at all.
The first time he found out that David was a devil worshiper was in chapter three when David joined him, Chase, Joey and several others outside the apartment of Jacob’s. David was not shy on letting anyone know about his beliefs. Right there and then Jacob respected him and never looked differently at him.
