Greg came in when Gloria hired him to break up Joey and her son. After trying to do so, he failed. It took Jacob knocking some sense into him in order to give up. One evening he walked into Jacob’s house, uninvited, and Jacob beat him up to a inch of his life.
After getting his butt kicked, Greg stopped working with Gloria to break up Joey and Jacob. Eventually he and Marie started to go out and was accepted by the family, including Jacob and Gloria.
