The slide show you are now looking at is the office building that Al bought for his and Jacob’s main office. They have the top floor of the building and the floor right under that is the floor where Dewayne and Tony set up their main office for the Seven-Eleven company. The basement of the building is where Alex and Matt have their print shop.
The rest of the building right now is empty, but not for too long. Al has big plans and has already started on them. As he told Jacob once, when Jacob graduates, he will be the owner of a billion dollar company. So as you can can see, the company is going to be huge within years.

All 4 stories give readers major insights into people–their strengths and weakness and how they handle both! I enjoy editing the R & H story and reading the other three! I am still being asked to think and consider issues and events which helps keep my mind active!
My big question is how much is real and how much is fiction. Does Jacob really have ownership of McDonald’s the car dealership and the 7-11 or was this just fiction?
I started reading Jacob Finding His Way because it was a true story. But then was told some of it has been fictionalized. I’d like to know what is fiction and what is real, at least in general terms. That’s because this is a great story, but if many of the events are fiction, then it loses some of its strength. Did Jacob really need a kidney and did Alex give it to him/ Is there an Alex that Jacob forgave for trying to kill him and did Jacob forgive him. These are the meaty part of this story and it’s important to me as the reader to know if they are true or not.
Does Dewayne in some form really exist or is he a fictional character. I would find it helpful if Jacob would tell us what parts are fiction and what parts are real.

Duke, The story started out true with Joey, Chase and Jacob. It slowly switched over to fiction but there are lots of incidents in the stories that did happen in Jacobs life but not necessarily at that time. So sorry but he is not a billionaire and own all that property. He probably would not be writing them if that was true. The Alex and Josh stories are all fictional. I am trying to give as little detail as I can here but you asked. No cancer and no Alex shooting Jacob. Dewayne is fictional also. I would consider the entire four stories all fictional except the very beginning with the relationship of Joey and Jacob and Chase. And I know you are going to ask later so yes, they did stay together for many years more than the story indicates.
