Teams:

In the slide show you are seeing in this section it has pictures of several of the teams in the ROTC unit when I went through, as well as the Military Ball.

The pictures are of the Armed Drill Team, Unarmed Drill Team, and Rifle Team. They are of the real times of the time the character Jacob went through high school. Some of the people in the pictures are characters in the story. Sorry I will not point them out, but I will say Loraine, the actual ROTC instructors Major Moore and Sergent Haney and many Jacob friends are in the pictures.

Oh don’t freak out when you see the pictures of the students holding their 22 long barrel rifles, they are the Rifle Team. The only time those weapons are loaded is when they are on the range.

The locations of the pictures are mainly taken in New Mexico Military Institute and State. I also know some of the pictures are bad, but remember in the early 90’s there was no digital cameras. I just wanted you all as readers to be able to put a picture to the teams and locations that are written in the story.
